1% active (RTU) in water can out preform the performance of APC commercially available. No need for any solvent or builder as it preforms good by itself. The performance goes down, when Glycol ether solvents are used. So avoid using it. Surfactant is mild to plastics.All non-ionic synergistic blend, which is per-oxide stable. Ideal for carpet spot cleaners. Listed on EPA’s Safer Chemical Ingredients List.
