Sold both as a 100% active product and 85% aqueous solution (Lutensol XL 79). It has very fast dynamics and excellent detergency on oily soils. It has a lower tendency to form gel compared to longer chain alcohol ethoxylates. It has a HLB of 12.5 and listed on safer choice. Final surfactant choice would be formulation dependent. Listed on EPA’s Safer Chemical Ingredients List.
