Even, when used in low levels, can boost the degreasing power of the detergent without reducing the foam. It has a lower tendency to form gel compared to longer chain alcohol ethoxylates. It has a HLB of 13 and cloud point of 56 °C It is listed on safer choice. Final surfactant choice would be formulation dependent.
