Accessibility Standards for Customer Service

The Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, Ontario Regulation 429/07 (the “Customer Service Standards”) is a regulation enacted under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. The policy required by the Customer Service Standards can be accessed on this page. This policy sets out the BASF Canada Inc. (“BASF Canada”) commitment to providing its goods and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities, and includes the process for receiving and responding to feedback about the way BASF Canada provides goods and services to people with disabilities. The policy applies to all staff and volunteers of BASF Canada and its affiliates and subsidiaries that deal with members of the public or other third parties in Ontario on behalf of BASF Canada. This policy, and all other documents required by the Customer Service Standards (if any), are available upon request, and BASF Canada will strive to provide such documentation in another format or by different means, taking a person’s disability into account.

Integrated Accessibility Standards

The Integrated Accessibility Standards, Ontario Regulation 191/11 (the “IAS”), is a regulation enacted under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. The policy, statement of commitment and multi-year accessibility plan required by the IAS can be accessed on this page. This policy, statement of commitment, multi-year accessibility plan and all other documents required by Integrated Accessibility Standards (if any) are available upon request, and BASF Canada Inc. will strive to provide such documentation in another format or by different means upon request, taking a person’s disability into account.
