Sold as a clear colorless liquid of 100% activity. Good solubilizer, penetrating agent and low foaming. It acts as a co-solvent or a co-surfactant. It has a cloud point of > 100 °C. Petroleum based non-ionic surfactant. Lutensol® AO 7 is the work horse in the category.
